Chip McCabe from Ray White Kemeys Brothers is back on-site at the latest Palmer & Cook Developments sub-division in Stokes Valley. This development SOLD OUT before Christmas and we are very excited to see it start to take shape thanks to the on-going efforts of a great team on the ground!
Progress is well under-way at the #kamahistreet development with Wellington Earthworks and Drainage having cleared the site, Tidy Slabs laying the foundations on the first four properties and Best Build erecting the frames on Lot 8. Lot 6 and 7 will be the next to progress with frames going up in the coming weeks.
